J22 Hull #500. 1985 located near St. Paul, MN. VC Performance Teflon Epoxy bottom. Damaged mast step and deck at chainplate has been professionally repaired. Hull is in excellent shape. Includes North sails and spinnaker with 2 seasons of sailing on them, and an older set of Inland sails for heavy air days. Purchased new in1997, epoxy bottom by Hooper’s Yachts 2005 and dry sailed since. 1 sets of North and 1 set of Quantum sails (spinnaker in near new condition). All rigging and Mercury 3.3hp outboard included. 2005 ShoreMaster extended range lift with custom J22 cradle (Jappa design).

Race ready and proven competitive. It was 11th in the 2006 North Americans and it won the Dave Cool Icebreaker in 2004(?).....OK Lars wasn't there.
Lots of sails (including fairly new Norths). The 1967 5HP Evinrude is almost worth the price (if you're into antique motors)
